Dear Prospective Sponsor/Exhibitor,

 The Middle Atlantic Society of Orthodontists will be conducting its Annual Session November 3 – 6, 2009 at the Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa in Atlantic City, New Jersey.  We invite you to participate, as “The odds are in your favor when you bring your team to Atlantic City!”

 The Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa will be the site for what is sure to be a luxurious and fun-filled event for doctors, staff, and exhibitors.  The beautiful Borgata Hotel Casino & Spa will offer plenty of opportunity for fun and networking.  Great scientific programs are being developed for both doctors and staff, which guarantee to educate and stimulate attendees.

The Exhibit Hall will be open on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, to maximize your time and investment.  In an effort to increase your opportunity to meet with doctors and staff, we have planned the following for your participation:

• Breakfast in the Exhibit Hall Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
• Boxed lunches in the Exhibit Hall Wednesday and Thursday
• Beverage breaks in the Exhibit Hall Wednesday and Thursday
• A complimentary Presidents’ Welcome Reception (Wednesday night) and President’s Dinner Party (Thursday night) will provide additional networking opportunities.  Exhibitors are invited to attend both these events (registration required).
• Please consider donating or sponsoring a prize for the Doctor’s Business Meeting!

Please note sponsorship opportunities are still available!  CLICK HERE to see what is available, or contact the MASO for additional information (866-748-6276).  Priority placement in the Exhibit Hall will be given to sponsors according to the level of sponsorship through July 31.  All others will be assigned space based on contract receipt date, so return your contract and payment soon!  In September, booth assignments, exhibitor kits, and attendee registration forms will be emailed to the contact person indicated on the contract.
